I’m trying to study for my Writing course and I need some help to understand this question.

The research report linked below The Role of Effective Leadership (2015) (Center for Creative Leadership) provides a substantial research overview of data on effective organizational leadership. Please read the entire report and then focus on the Executive Summary page 4 and the Findings which are found on pgs. 17-18.
